DO NOT USE THIS SITE........under any circumstances your money will be taken then you will hear nothing from them. Impossible to communicate with and I had to go through bank to get my money back as no goods delivered. Avoid at all accounts.

Quite simply the worst retailer in the disability aid sector. Orders paid for, no communication, don’t reply to emails and 7 weeks on still waiting for the order. Totally uncontactable and disinterested. Similar problems with another order but that finally arrived without explanation or apology. Management and staff should be ashamed how they treat a vulnerable sector of customers.

Do not use this company. No product arrived. After repeated attempts to contact the company with no response, I raised a dispute with Paypal, who refunded me.

Absolutely disgusting service,my item was ordered on March 27th and its still hasn't been delivered and as it was ordered for an elderly relative to assist them it was needed ASAP.If I check my order it just says processing,I've tried contacting the company and had no reply from them.If you're thinking of using this company look elsewhere

Had a home demonstration today, of the eFOLDi range of three folding scooters and wheelchair.It was an excellent demonstration with no uncomfortable sales pressure.

Although the sales process was fine and no problem with the product, I have been trying to contact customer services for over a month and have both emailed and sent 2 letters with no reply at all. Very, very poor service - even if the response to my query is negative, contact would be good customer service so I know where stand!

I purchased from Britannia Mobility a mobility scooter eFoldi Lite. It is an amazing product, a perfect travel companion, a life changing, enabling me to visit places I was not able to get to since I can't walk as far as I used to. The owner/seller Mr. Furkan Sharif is extremely helpful, he went out of his way to help and support in every step during the entire long procedure of importing the electrical scooter to my country out of the UK. I highly value his help and very much thankful to him.

Stair lift installed within two hours. Engineer was very competent. Absolutely no mess. Demonstration was very clear. Stair lift is working fine. Would recommend

Excellent service and great customer care. I requested a demonstration and the gentleman- mr Urfan sharif was smashing and knew everything about the product. He was very patient with me. Also great customer care from the lady in the sales team. I would recommend to all of my friends.

Aftercare non exsistent scooter part broke after a couple of weeks, made numerous phone waiting for management to return call . A new part has been sent but its very difficult to fix when you have severe mobility issues. Still waiting for a call . They did call later that day and explained that having issues with the manufacturer. They apologised for the delay and indeed sent a gentleman a couple of hours later who fixed the issue. He went on to fully check the scooter to ensure working fully. I was grateful for their help and courtesy.

Britannia Mobility are an amazing company. They came out very quickly to demonstrate the eFoldi Lite that I was interested in and when I placed the order with them one of their sales time delivered the scooter to me personally at my home address and set it all up for me making sure I was happy with it before leaving.

The customer service has always been brilliant and the advisors I have spoken to have always been extremely polite and helpful.

I cannot recommend this company more highly if you need any mobility equipment etc look no further than here they will always help and provide a great service.

Ordered the efoldi lite from Britannia. In my original review I gave them one star as my dealings with them were poor. However, the owner took the time to call me, I explained the a lack of communication was behind my poor review, two delivery dates had been missed and that I had to chase the sales team for updates
He promised to take my views on board to ensure that his sales staff kept their customers updated on the status of their orders

I decided I wanted a foldable, lightweight mobility trike. It was fantastic that Britannia came to my house and let me try them out. eFOLDi Lite was the obvious choice. I am a female in my 70s but can easily fold it - in seconds! And I can easily lift it and store it in the boot of my car. I am looking forward to future travels when i can take it on the plane, train, cruise ship

My elderly father ordered a mobility scooter from this, family run, company. In order to ensure dad made the right choice one of the owners drove to his house with a choice of scooters so dad could try both. After choosing the one he wanted, arrangements were made for delivery. To ensure dad was fully appraised I called the company to make sure the order was received and processed. I spoke to Fakrun, a joint owner, who not only updated me on the order but took time to track it and furnish me with delivery time. He then made a follow-up call to ensure all was well and to say that should dad need any help, in any matter relating to his new Scooter, then he was available directly to help out. It was reassuring to receive good 'old fashioned' customer service from Fakrun who was polite, informative and courteous throughout, characteristics sadly lacking in some of the larger companies today. Very many thanks.

Amazing customer service..travelled all the way to Scotland to deliver my product in a day.

These guys were so amazing with the demo that they managed to convince my grandad to finally get a mobility bike and get out of the house confidently.He has been housebound for long but the efoldi has changed his life for the better.Glad we came across them and what a reasonable price.To be able to take it while travelling abroad is a megabonus
