From the beginning annu made the process as stress free as possible, gaining a Mortgage with some bad credit history was made to feel like it was only a hurdle to cross, rather than a road block, appointments were made to fit around our busy work schedule and communication was brilliant, all in all a 10/10.

Excellent service. Very helpful and friendly staff. support you all the way. As I'm someone who doesn't have a clue what I'm doing when it comes to mortgages, Annu was so helpful and explained everything to me. highly recommend.

Was recommended to BFS by family/friends, and couldn’t be happier with my choice.

Having dealt with Annu before I realised I couldn’t be bothered to find a different mortgage advisor. Plus you get fun banter with her and she’s very straight talking with no frills and enjoys eating her McDonalds whilst sorting us out.

Well where do I start amazing from start to finish!
