Ordered and paid for a firesurround on Dec 27th checked delivery date was 31st Dec-2nd Jan which was perfect got to Jan 2nd nothing, britihome blamed Xmas holidays saying UPS don’t work over Xmas and blamed them wholly for non delivery, when UPS system shows apart from buying the label they had not arranged collection, prob due to no stock. So don’t lie and blame couriers. Just be honest, and I would have been able to have decided either to wait or buy somewhere else. Don’t lie to customers
