i had originally rated these guys well, but after a number of booking failures, I have had to revise.

For the most part they are good, Very reasonable pricing for London Airport transfers, discount if you book a return and the cars are clean and safe. However they fail on these points:

Failure to send out driver contact information prior to the booking start time. They insist that they do send them out by email, but they don't.

Failure to meet passengers - I have had a number of experiences when the driver has not been able to reach the passenger to confirm their arrival at the airport. But if this happens, instead of waiting in the assigned meeting point, with a name sign. to save on carpark charges, the driver will wait off-site.

I keep asking the question - If you can't get hold of the passenger and you are not waiting with a sign at the meeting point - HOW does the passenger know that you are there?? Without a satisfactory answer.

At least 1 VERY RUDE customer service rep, who makes things up and when actually can't keep up with his stories when you ask for clarification, and actually accused me of putting words into his mouth.

Attempted failure to stick to the terms & conditions.
I hd to cancel a booking. T&C state that you must give at least 3 hours notice for pickup from a London post code and 4 hours for those outside London. My booking was at 6pm and I cancelled online at 14:55. They have lost my trust completely!

As you can see, we got there eventually, but only because I politely insisted. T&C have not been updated as I write this review but I will keep checking

Fantastic service. Driver arrived early because there was a lot of traffic on the roads and didnt want us to miss our flight, but he was happy to wait while we finished up our packing. Helped with our bags, got us there within plenty of time in an immaculate car. Very affordable price too. Will definitely use these guys again.

Driver arrived to my hotel (great) but about 5 min late. He drove well but took a quite roundabout route at under speed limit which always makes one just a little more anxious en route to a flight. Did arrive safe and made my check in, so I give it a thumbs up.

Very competitive rate to Gatwick. Excellent driver who got us in good time to the airport in dreadful weather. My Canadian companion said it was'' the best taxi ride she'd ever had.' Will recommend and use again.

Great services, on time and accommodating chsnes

Booking a car on the website was easy, the cars were almost on time (10 min delay, but not a big deal - we took into consideration that traffic could delay the arrival of the driver at the airport/hotel.
The cars were clean, the drivers nice and I would recommend booking a car transfer from Luton (by bus for 4 people it would have been 15-20£ cheaper, but with 15 stops on the way).

I found this company online after searching for a reliable company and reading their reviews.
Our driver arrived on time and was very obliging and friendly.

Very reliable service and the best airport service I have ever received. Clean car and well dressed driver and most especially friendly.

The driver was very kind and nice, but he was late. And we arrived somewhat late to the terminal as a result. He didn't call on arrival as he should've done, nor we were sent a message of drivers & cars details.

The ride was pleasant & confortable despite crowded roads.

After having quite a few cab journeys on this holiday where I encountered a lot of aggressive driving and one where the requested car seat wasn't fit for purpose, British Airport Riders were a breath of fresh air. The customer service was good from start to finish. The driver was on time and very courteous and helpful. The car seat provided was was very similar to the one I have in my own car so I was pleased. Most importantly he drove so well that my daughter fell asleep in the car (on 2 previous cab journeys on this holiday the drivers drove so aggressively that she was sick). Because I am so last minute dot com I usually use the local cab company, but in future I am using these guys. Price wise they are competitive with my local cab firm but are cheaper than the cab company at the airport. They provided everything I requested and because they take your flight information, if your flight is delayed they can account for this. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Driver is on time and friendly

The driver was a very pleasant person. His driving was safe and comfortable. He met us in an unusual pickup spot at the time arrabged just as organised.

A nice car, polite helpful and well dressed driver who arrived on time and drove safely to our destination.

What can one say . . . excellent service!
