You booked an S class at 04:30am for 08:30am pick up, as mentioned we VIP and Executive car bookings you need to give us 12hrs notice and no drivers will be waiting at 4:30am to accept the journey. Next time please book in advance. We have cancelled and processed the refund.

very bad.
I have booked a ride, a day in advance, and they asked me the flight number just in case the flight was going to delay. It happened that my flight delayed 20 minutes and there was no one waiting for me at the airport. I called them and they said there was a problem and the driver was going to leave but it would take 45 minutes to arrive. I found myself stranded at the Heathrow airport at Midnight. Unstrustable.

Normally the drivers hold the nameboards only for the airport pickups, For hotel pickups they will be waiting by the hotel lobby.

Your booking was blocked due to multiple attempted payment on a single card and you can see yourself in your account that your booking status says "Pending" where it should have been as "Confirmed" so our system didn't confirm your booking and we have refunded your money back as we couldn't very this payment. We tried calling you but you only gave us the Hotel number and they couldn't connect you at lest you should have called us to confirm your booking.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent service!!. Driver waited patiently as our flight was delayed. Greeted us with a warm welcome and took our bags to a lovely 8 seater air conditioned car. 5 Star all the way. Would not hesitate to use British Airport Riders again, in fact why go elsewhere when they offer a 5 star service at a better price.

Exactly as promised!
This was a great service. The driver was there on time and delivered us to exactly where we wanted to be. The car was clean and comfortable. With a price that is 1/3 less than a regular taxi, it was an amazing deal!

Wanted to give this rating on planning only. If ratings was on the drivers we would have given 5 stars. Going from Heathrow to Gatwick after outbound flight for overnight stay was perfect, flight was on time as was the driver, pick-up and arrival to Sofitel went like clock work. Coming back was not so good, we had a 45 min delay in leaving Palermo, which we emailed and advised when we landed, we called to advise we landed and were about to depart aircraft to collect luggage, we were told to head to Costa Coffee, once we at Costa Coffee and waited a further 20 min's, we then called again only to be informed they had no driver and we either waited a further 30 mins or could cancel to return leg, very poor. When the driver did turn up, to be fair he did make up good time but the delay due to lack of driver support because of our delay caused us to miss an earlier return flight. Communication and internal planning to work around our slight delay in landing was well below par, very poor show.

Early morning journey to airport.
I was a bit worried in case driver turned up late. But I needn’t have been. He was there on time. Vehicle clean and comfortable. Straight to the terminal. Very helpful and polite. Was easy to book service and reasonably priced.
