The vitamins seem to do what they’re meant to do.
Their CoQ10 is a life saver, I was slowly dying from lack of energy despite using other brands of CoQ10.
I decided to try British Vitamins CoQ10 as I’m buying so much from them, and it was phenomenal right from the start.
I’m using medical research endocrine disorder dosing rather than the British Vitamins recommended doses (which still made a significant impact on my cognitive functioning), and I’m getting my life back thank goodness.

I had a really bad experience
Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this product. I have purchased other BV supplements without issue. The Elixir caused a seriously bad reaction with me, I vomited on 2 occasions, both were serious, the second of which was the worst, I vomited for 6 hours until there was nothing left in my stomach, the last time puking, I brought up blood. I felt like I had been poisoned. I have celiacs disease which has caused me to become lactose intolerant, seems like one of the ingredients or a combination of ingredients, in these multivitamins, has caused an allergic reaction, whatever caused it, it was in the multivitamins, after the first issue I took time off of taking them as I had been feeling nauseous the days following the first vomiting issue, around a week later I thought maybe it wasn't the vitamins as the symptoms were like
norovirus(feeling fine then after feeling nauseous for 30 mins you violently puke), I'll give them another try, second time around, I took 1 pill(thankfully I didn't take the 2 advised!!)with food, same thing happened around 6pm I had some more food then around 30mins later I started to feel nauseous, then the vomiting started and never stopped until after midnight, as you can imagine this was awful. BV will have to do some better testing I think.
