Customer service that ignores you. I made a complaint about their terpene edition cbd vape juice. Emily said she would send me another bottle without terpenes. I never recieved it. I have since left them multiple emails and voicemails and they have totally ignored me. The terpenes clog your machine no matter how powerful and big the coils are. After a few puffs it tastes like battery acid. Its a unusable product that i tried in different vape machines. I have bought other none terpene juices from this company and they were fine. 3 years of custom and they dont give a damn. Just started with orange county company and much better flavour and i feel the benefits of of the cbd ten fold compared to britishcbd.net. Stay clear of them as this company is like the nestlé of cbd products. Oh and by the time the bottles gets half empty it literally starts to go off and smells and tastes horrible and no longer resembles the lovely flavour and scent when you first open it. It literally tastes and smells like a mixture of battery acid and fresh vomit.

Good communication and on receiving my parcel they had sent a free vape of the ones I ordered. Their disposable vapes are excellent. Very good for those who need a little help relaxing. I use it before bed. Glad I found their company.

I had spent many a night scouring the Internet for a new supplier of terepene cbd eliquids and stumbled across this site and boy am I glad I did! Nice selection of products at different strengths all priced really well. Terepenes are a must for me but I was struggling to find suppliers that had them most only sold cbd on its own which personally doesn't do much, these liquids do the job nicely for me and I will be reordering in the future.
