Wonderful Customer Care service

Wonderful Customer Care service. I received my package with some damaged items. I sent an email to complain and asked for a refund on the damaged goods. Received an email very promptly and the promise of a refund.
Well done.
Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Arrived quickly and well packed

Arrived quickly and well packed. This is the only variety our dog would eat and now not being stocked in supermarkets. Our dog was old -15 and a half and became very I’ll suddenly this week and we had to have him put in sleep before he had any of the food. Will pass it on to relatives and dogs trust from where got him when a puppy.

Quality Control Seems to be an Issue

Update: I've placed various orders with Britishgram since my initial review below, and haven't encountered any further issues - packaging could be improved; the boxes they use are sometimes not adequate for the weight of the contents inside.

I ordered over £150.00 worth of items; they were delivered promptly, but 2 items were missing and were only refunded once I contacted the company; I then later found that a pack of 12 sodas that I'd ordered had been delivered with one missing and another bottle of the remaining 11, empty (there was a small hole in the bottom). I contacted the company again, and found it difficult to get a prompt response first time.

I'm hesitant to order from British Gram again, but I wouldn't completely rule it out...

Absolutely discussed with this company…

Absolutely discussed with this company !! ordered a specific brand of rice x bags received totally different !! They didn't contact me to say they were out of stock of what I ordered now im stuck with rice I don't want or like they asked me to return at my cost Not happy at all !!! Be careful what you order you will probably receive something totally different DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE ! USE A COMPANY THAT WILL CONTACT YOU TO SAY THEY HAVE OR HAVE NOT GOT WHAT YOU WANT EVEN THOUGH IT IS ADVERTISED !!!
