Absolutely fuming!!
Absolutely fuming!!! Ordered 3 media wall panels at the end of may to ensure they were here ready for when we had finished decorating our living room.
As we were not ready for them when they arrived, we laid them down, still in the box, slightly opened the end to make sure they were the right colour, then left them led in the spare room.
2 weeks ago,our new plaster was dry enough to begin decoration, so we opened the box and took out the first panel. We bought it down and put it up against the wall to find that it was damaged! I immediately emailed British homes direct to explain the situation. I then checked the other panels to find that they were all damaged in the exact same place.
I emailed again the same day with pictures to prove they are still in the box and still individually still wrapped in the 'protective' selophane, explaining that it was all 3 panels that were damaged and stated that I was happy to send them back for a refund or replacement.
I am very annoyed at the fact that I have received an email to say that the won't be doing either as I have had them more than 30 days.
So not realising that by not taking them all out of the box and messing about with them when I didn't need to, believeing them to be safer on the box, out of the way until we were ready for them proves to be my downfall, and I am now over £100 out of pocket!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THE AFTER SALES SERVICE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY IS NON EXISTENT!!!

Please understand that this is not a decision intended to disregard your concerns or avoid helping our customers. We are simply required to apply our policies consistently and fairly in every case. Very easy ordering process

Hit or miss company
Wall panels are really great, but one was totally the wrong colour. Emailed customer services no reply, rang them, then told email explained I have. They say they didnt received any email, Emailed again and they replied on the first email. Explained i have to pay for a carpenter to come back. No apology, stated well it happens sometimes, I'm lucky to be getting an exchange. Had to wait 2 weeks for an exchange. New panel came no cellophane or box. Just had a text message stating if I give a good review on trust pilot I have an instant £10 refund but no offer of discount when they sent the wrong colour.. I think they're hit or miss
