ITV X is broken. The number of times it has frozen at the end of ads is too many to count meaning we have to watch them again and again... and again. If this was a product it would have been sent back for a refund ages ago instead we have to endure this to watch the two series that are any good.

I want to take the opportunity to clarify a few things about "Johnnys" review. I was there on site the time in question he comments about. Yes newletters were sent out I received one when the site changed, so how "Johnny" didn.t receive one I can not answer. As for calling him a freeloader YES he was. It clearly states on the site that it is not a free service and a donation is required to use the service. If you claim not to see it. You are blind at a bat. As for his comment regarding a fake name again it states on the site that you must use your real name on this site nicknames are not permitted. They must of had just cause regarding his name to bring it to the attention of so called "Johnny". It is clearly as case of this guy being in the wrong, and playing the victim for being pulled up on a few things because this guy clearly did not read things. I have been using the site for far more years than Johnny claims he has, and have the most upmost respect for the site. Yeah ok I agree that sometimes things are not always 100% but is life? Johnny needs to clearly stop playing the victim and admit he was clearly caught out for trying to use a service that is not for free for free, and he clearly did not read the site. This service is nothing but the best around.
Warning - rude and unprofessional admins!
I was a subscriber back in 2019 and was very happy at that time - I paid for weekly and/or monthly subscriptions, and although the streaming speed/quality was not always perfect, it was altogether a good product.
I logged back in a week ago, and it seems that the concept of the whole site has been changed, away from a regular subscription to a "donation" model. And by the way, the concept of proper behaviour in their tone obviously changed, too.
Problem is, you don't realise it if you have been away for a long time, and although I was still in their customers database (as my password worked), they never bothered sending out an email newsletter to notify their subscribers of new rules and paying concepts.
As I didn't find my way immediately through their new structure, I decided to have a peek into their current streaming quality and switched to BBC1. Boy, I got immediately rude (and unprofessional) messages through their so-called "social" board, calling me a "freeloader" who is using "fake names" . (...although I simply used my second name as screen name, and this was anyhow never a problem when I subscribed in 2019).
When I then dare to point out the error on their side and called them out on their rudeness, they didn't even bother to answer. So much for "professionalism".
Therefore, as other users have already rightfully mentioned here - this site is run by very rude people. If you are fine with that and have no problem with being attacked out of nowhere because they don't get their act together - go for it. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend you to stay away...

I have been very happy with this website for over two years, you can access all the British tv channels, including +1 channels. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to watch British tv from outside the UK. It's great value for money.
Worth every penny.
People who complain about this service are either born moaners or simply have an agenda to destruct. I have used this service for over 2 years. I have average internet speed of about 3Mps, sometimes not even 1Mps but still loads OK (Greece). If you have issues just flag up a problem (you have to be thick not to understand how it works) abusive complaints are not tolerated by those running the show nor should they be. Very rarely in extreme weather there are problems, in my time using the service it's been for just a very short time. It's a great service, a great price and a great product.

I'm commenting to support the guy / people from MBTV who answer those customers who don't know how to use the product, or have a personality disorder, or just an evil mind. It's just SO REFRESHING to see that they are willing to stand up to the one-starrers, most of whom are just nasty or dumb.

Quite simply, the persons who have given this site one star did not give it a chance! I admit I had a few teething troubles early on but from there on it has been improvement all the way. I would actually give it a gold star award if there was one :-)

I am an Italian man, lived in England for a number of years then went back to Italy and realized how crap Italian tv is compared to the British one, so I ditched my tv set and started watching British tv on BritishChannels.com. I've been with them for 5 years now and to me they are the absolute best website offering UK television: 112 channels both available in HD Quality and SD, UK Soaps Catch Up Section, TV Guide, Radio and all at ridiculously low prices.
You can even register as an affiliate and get a commission on every sale you generate.
And if you have an issue they reply to you in a matter of seconds.
The website is run by a 2-men team, the Administrator and the Site Administrator who work hard to constantly improve their website and are always ready to assist their subscribers when needed. Every now and then, on the forum, they even tell us, subscribers, bits of their personal lives. That just shows how friendly these chaps are. Oh! And they are very generous and warm-hearted. Personally I have had the proof of their generosity on many occasions as they have taken every possible step to make sure I fully enjoy their website.
No wonder 73% of people here have rated British Tv Channels Excellent.

We did an article on this service a couple of months ago and the feedback has been incredible about the service provided. We first came across the website last year and bought a months plan for our staff TV which resulted in a lifetime plan. Flawless and the service has improved immensely over the past month with the addition of almost double the amount of channels that were available before. We at Spain's News would recommend this service to any expats looking to watch British TV abroad. Fantastic service and never lets us down.

Had been with them for over a year since Filmon TV decided to charge. I don't think I offended anyone by saying I was annoyed I couldn't watch the BBC but think that whoever is running this site must be overly sensitive. Hey ho they refunded me the money and I've since found another site but if they are going to refund the subscription and block people who COMMENT they won't have many customers soon.
