Where to start with this company communication is good when you order then everything goes downhill from there. They sent the wrong amount of grade b trainer's out I should have received two lots only one came I was refunded for one lot also they are very poor trainer's don't buy them. Then they sent what was meant to be grade A trainer's very poor condition but I have seen they have sold a pair I sent back for £10 on their eBay shop. I wouldn't recommend this company for footwear maybe the clothing may be good. A update I have now been refunded on the 22nd August and again the communication this time has been good to resolve the issue once the company finally got in touch with me.

Had to wait for over 3 weeks as they didn't have the stock there where selling.
Not many items to the weight compared to other companies and quality of items not very good either many with marks on which I would not expect for grade A items.
fortunately this was a trail run for the company and didn't order much very glad we didn't and won't be using again unfortunately.

The things I order was ok but very expensive I'd be lucky if I make me money back bit let down some of the clothes of only marked up a £5 some of the reduced down to three pounds there's one or two item was a little bit more deera but nothing to write home about if you're working out if nearly £7 per item you won't get that for t-shirt and I'd quite a few t-shirts in the box make sure if you're doing the boxes that the person will be able to make some money on them I have tried don't think of the ordering again thank you

Avoid at all costs.

Bought 10kg shoes for £50.60 on a discount from £55 (you couldn’t even pay me that much to take them for free) , no decent brands (I’ve seen the owner reply to comments/ also watched a YouTube reseller video where he apologised to the person who had a following and said they was going to improve - don’t say burtons is a good brand when it’s out of business for a reason) was expecting to do some cleaning up but not that much considering supposed to be decent grade. And some had charity shop stickers on the bottom with the prices..

Can’t even send back as the box is wrecked. And was delivered 3 days late. But it’s gonna to have to go to waste (which is abhorrent considering supposed to save from landfill) as no one can resell them - or even donate back to charity shop with the stickers still on them.

I ordered a 10kg box to try as a 1st time buyer and I was pleased I didn't know what brands to expect and tbh I haven't checked the brands upon opening it was like Christmas delving in and lots of items for 10kg . A little problem with a item I got in touch and I have to say the customer service is exceptional could not do enough to help will I be back most definitely and as for the brands I've no idea of them but the items are great .

Delivery delay is good, less than a week to receive 10kg of clothing.
However for a premium box, progress can be made. Had 3 clothes with marks that cannot go, a pair of trousers with holes in a pocket. Basic brand, no near all the ‘Nike’ and stuff advised. Majority of Next M&S. Can I make a profit? Surely not. Money back : yes.

I purchased 10kg of branded trainers. I’m aware they state that they do not check the authenticity however reading this whole review will explain why it’s not a good idea to purchase their branded trainers. I received 13 pairs of trainers, 2 pairs fake, 1 of which should be the most expensive pair. 1 pair with no size tag, 1 pair with no laces and harsh visible staines which cannot be removed, 2 pairs with no insoles, I pair with a super glue stain which I tried to remove with steam but had no joy, I pair with what appears to be oil Staines on the suede which could not be removed, 7 pairs needed a severe deep clean. In my opinion only 6 are grade A. After pricing it all up, once they’ve sold I will be at a loss after spending several hours of cleaning, advertising, packing and posting. People clearly buy to sell me make a profit but that doesn’t seem possible with the quality of trainers they sent me.

After the sellers response I am now adding a message. Their response is complete lies. My order confirmation clearly states grade A trainers. They also played me in to ordering another box at 50% discount due to their error and the trainers on the second delivery were disgraceful. 2 pairs of fake Jordans and most pairs definately grade B quality. I didn’t even make my money back at 50% discounted price. Complete scam and I dispose companies that set themselves up to profit on false pretense.

They just changed their response on trustpilot, Asking for a second chance and for me to change my review. I gave them a second chance by ordering another box at 50% discount but still lost money. How many chances does a company need. If I couldn’t even break even at 50% off how can you work with or trust a company like that. After I I had the second box I spoke to the director who said he will also start re selling. Seems to me they sell all the good stuff themselves for a healthy markup and give the portly graded and fake ones to everyone else. Disgraceful.

We were amazed by the great quality premium items we received.

I recently ordered a wholesale used clothing box from British Used Clothing.

All I can say is 5 stars for these guys!

Their staff are incredibly polite and answered all my questions using the online chat facility.

I ordered 10KG of the Luxe Selection range (which was told to be the better higher value brands).

My box arrived within 5 days and delivered by a very handsome DHL driver.

I could not believe my eyes when I opened my box. I got some fantastic ladies clothing brands that I could never dream of getting from another second hand clothing wholesaler.

As an active eBay reseller these clothes have brought me more than enough return on my investment.

All round brilliant company and I will be ordering again.

I have used this company many times for grade A ladies bales at which they normally are a great company to buy from. Sadly, the last two bales grade A ladies summer bales was poor, there were rips,holes, and a mixture of kids, mens and winter clothing. At this point I contacted them which they was quick at replying with a part refund, then when I sent some pictures across they was very apologetic and said if I return the bales they would full refund me, however this would have cost a lot of fuel for 2 hours to and from this company so it worked out cheaper to keep them and just brush it off. I know this company was under a lot of pressure at the time so I am hoping that this was just a one off and I will be purchasing from them again to see if there is any change in their quality.

Get all dirty clothes. Alot clothes with holes and almost all clothes have a not removable stain. Of 50kg of clothes found 10 items in fine cindition

Waited me order almost 20 days to arrive

At the beginning i ordered 50kg kids grade A. Apart from basic clothes (primark george TU) I got 20kg of garbage in it. worn, torn, stained rags. they explained the mistake and wrote that I would get 20kg of premium children's clothes in return. They wrote it themselves. Today a package came with the same clothes, but without so much garbage. The problem is that they wrote that it will be 20kg, and it is only 8kg. I wrote to them and in response I got that my lost 20kg grade A equals 8kg grade premium. I could even agree with that if they said it first and didn't write that it will be 20 kg. Also I can add that I don't see any difference between grade A and Premium.

The website is easy to navigate and use, i received my order in good time and I am very happy with the condition and quality of the order

Absolutely superb company! You will not be disappointed. After being left with awful stock from a previous supplier, I was more than overjoyed with my stock from this supplier. Communication was great too! I would give 1000 stars if I could! Thank you so much
