Waiting for refund item not as described useless
I received my order but very cheaply made T-shirts only good enough to wipe the floor with will not order from them again stay away guys ❌❌❌❌
Placed an order on the 15 February 2026 and after a number of requests for updates and the generic responses from them, I've received a full refund from PayPal. As some of the other reviews have said, the package is stuck in the UK, mine in Prestwich, Manchester at a house. I've questioned this and they didn't even respond to it.
Avoid this company, however, if you do place an order, pay via PayPal as you are protected and they provide an instant refund if the claim is successful.
Ordered some jeans. Was sent several updates re the tracking but it stalled once they reached the UK. Nothing since. I keep being fobbed off asking me to be patient, but nearly 2 months on and the goods haven't arrived. This lot are SCAMMERS! Do not get caught out like me. Avoid like your life depended on it.

Awful product and service - took 6 weeks for wide leg stretch knit jeans to arrive - they originally took more than the list price in payment and the first order was apparently on its way from the US, but never arrived, the replacements were sent from China. I'd originally ordered a size up for comfort - found these are a cheap, light stretch denim, rather than the stretch knit like Halara product - and there is not enough fabric in the pockets to account for the stretch, meaning that the pocket lining shows. Ordered petite and they are long in the leg too. Requested a return and refund on receipt and they have said that the product matches the description and wont refund - have offered me £3 as a gesture of goodwill (I paid £29.99) - Really disappointed with everything about this company and want to warn others.
Ordered a pair of jeans weeks ago received tracking notice which I think is fake still n o delivery. Think a scam , do not order from this company.
Ordered a pair of jeans 6-8 weeks ago and after various emails and delivery updates, my package still hasn’t arrived. I keep getting poor grammar emails that clearly a 10 year old could do better. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Annoyed is an understatement 😡
Ordered their coir "bricks" for planting. These were pictured as being the same size as a building brick. All I received were 6 x 2-inch-diameter, half-inch-thick coir disks. Complete con. When I complained, they denied misrepresentation and offered £2 "compensation". I refused it, so they again denied it was misrepresentation and offered £5 in compensation. I rejected it and demanded £9. Waiting for their response. I think they are scammers. They send a series of emails that are designed to make you think they are legit. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I ordered stuff n got it delivered but sent the wrong colours. I contacted customer service via email provided photos to evidence this, my request for the correct colours got ignored n told me it was correct even when I had the original order that confirmed this.
Also took extra money too which they did return but only at my request and I got offered £2 refund and a lot of sorry 🙄

Paid my money and nothing delivered. Keep getting updates on delivery but nothing has arrived. I contacted PayPal they gave me my money back but today PayPal have taken the refund back.... I have contacted the company several times and get tracking updates. I paid in good faith on the 13th January 2026. Scammers, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
I also was drawn in to buy what I understood as 3D sea glass ornaments. When I ordered these weeks and weeks ago there was absolutely no mention that these were in fact 2D flat plastic pictures of the ornaments. Now when I return to look at the description its now clearly stating these are 2D. Interesting how this has changed since they first advertised.
Trading Standards need to get involved. I seriously can’t be bothered with requesting a refund as they’ve clearly updated the description since our orders were received. Do not buy from this company!!
I ordered what was shown and described as “handmade sealife sea glass ornaments” at the beginning of January. When my parcel arrived, the ornaments were made of a very cheap plastic with the image stamped onto them. I contacted the company, after looking at their returns policy, and asked for a full refund as these items were misrepresented.
I have been offered unsatisfactory compensation of £2 and £4 since then, but not the full refund I am entitled to.
The company don’t seem to be budging on their compensation ( 10 emails so far) and I’m at a loss as to what to do next, so looks like I’ve lost my money. Please do not use this company, they clearly miss advertise their products and send out inferior quality items instead.
