If I could award zero stars I would, I ordered 2 pairs weeks ago no sign of them have emailed to ask where my order is still waiting for a response. Never order from this site complete scam!!!!!

Ordered a pair of sliders on 29th June, received a confirmation email and that is all despite me sending 3 emails! It is now the 4th August and still nothing! Luckily having paid using PayPal they are sending me a refund.
I would never use this company they should not get away with such poor service.

Still waiting 10 days for a Email to say there on they way??
Emailed 3 times and No reply, if nothing by the end of this week will be asking Bank for refund.

Do not order from this Company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 3 pairs Britslide sandals on 16th April, 2025 and paid £39.98 to them. Had email from them on 16th May saying they were on their way in the next 5 -15 days Still not received them. Have sent 3 emails to them asking them what has happened to this order but have been totally ignored by them.

Do not be fooled by the name “Brit”nothing British about this company, ordered 10th April nothing received and they ship from China be very careful when dealing with this company

Ordered 2 pairs of the sliders 31st March but only 1 pair arrived. Several Emails sent.. still not resolved.. AI response only .. utterly useless. Asked for a refund .. no reply.. terrible customer service.

Having bought and received shoes last summer, I felt safe ordering a second pair at the end of January. These have failed to arrive and its now mid March.
I have emailed numerous times to customer services to ask for a refund or to track down my order but they do not reply.
The tracking number given tells me to contact the retailers customer services.
Very frustrated, out of pocket and thoroughly fed up.
Would never use again and certainly wouldn't recommend

Already a satisfied customer for the clogs, I ordered two pairs of slides. For some reason, they were sent in separate packages and only one arrived. I have been trying to contact the company for weeks and weeks. Initially, a robot responded. Now I am being ignored. So I would say, beware!

Shocking company!
Ordered 8 November, finally arrived 9 December, only to be the wrong size.
I have tried to contact them through various means, but other than one auto response I have had nothing.

Don’t waste your money

I ordered 8th November, it's now 19th December I waited a month and no tracking given. When I asked for a refund they hurridly sent my items. Again after a few more days waiting, my parcel hasn't moved anywhere. They just send emails give 5-10 working days and thankyou for your patience. My patience has run out and demand a refund.
Don't buy.
It is now 5th Jan, almost 2 months since ordering. No correspondence from the sellers. Just automated messages.

Never arrived . Emails back and forth with customer services , them telling me the package was delivered, me advising it had not been delivered. Have repeatedly requested a refund, no joy yet. It was intended as a birthday gift, so the date has been and gone, the fact I am playing email tag with them just saying the delivery provider says they delivered it yet the product was NOT delivered. Awful customer service, it's really not customer service at all. It's a scam to take your money. So disappointed. Feel like there's nothing I can do and have to accept the loss. I will however tell everyone I speak with NOT to purchase from them.

Crap company.keep telling me my order has been delivered when it has not..do not order from this company.ripping people off.

Prompt delivery of a well made product. Very comfortable and stylish

Good delivery and sliders were as described and a nice white. I dropped a star as they are not quite as thick and cushioned as other ones I have from another company, that said, they take up a bit less room in a suitcase, can’t remember when I got them

Could have been a little less “rub”. Although did wear for quite a long walk the first time. Probably should recommend “breaking in” before first wear

I have problems with my feet , I can honestly say these sandals were the most comfortable I’ve ever had. Highly recommended

Loved these. Rubbed a bit to begin with but super comfortable. Will order another pair.

My britslides were too small and to get a bigger size sent I paid £5. I haven’t received the bigger size and they don’t reply to emails. A total scam. Keep receiving emails from them with offers. Don’t buy from them.

Do not order from this company

I ordered 2 pairs but on receipt they did not fit me properly although they were the correct size just too tight on top of my foot. I thought nothing of it just contacted the company to return but they are going to charge me £10 per pair to return, the total order was £34.
