I get the products from Britt since 2022 and I am very satisfied with them. It's part of my breakfast and I don't wanna miss it. Her juices are from high quality and gives my body a perfect energy to start my days. Shipment arrives always in time without breaks in between.
I can recommend Britt's Superfood everyone to the best of my knowledge and certain.

Have purchased juices from Britt's a few times, however most recent experience has been very poor. Courier (who regularly fail to deliver), returned the product to Britt's. There was no attempt to contact the courier to evidence that delivery was attempted. Britt's are not prepared to reissue , which I feel is poor and this should have been taken up with the courier service as I have paid for goods but not received.

Very disappointing cancellation process

I originally bought Britt’s Superfoods products for my brother, who has late-stage stage 4 cancer, because he was struggling with his nutrition and I wanted to see whether the products might be helpful for him. I explained this to Britt’s Superfoods when I first contacted them about cancelling in April.

At that time, I asked to cancel the subscription. I was told that, under their terms, I would have to receive one final delivery before the subscription could be cancelled. Because my brother had not been able to get through the products and we already had plenty, I postponed the subscription twice.

I have now already received two subscription deliveries and have far more product than we need. I contacted them again today to ask for the subscription to be cancelled, but have been told that another order is scheduled for 11th November and that the subscription will only be cancelled after that order has been processed and shipped.

I find this extremely frustrating. I made my intention to cancel clear back in April, and Britt’s Superfoods were fully aware of the circumstances surrounding the purchase, including that the products were for my brother with late-stage cancer.

I appreciate that companies can have subscription terms, but being told months after my original cancellation request that I still have to accept and pay for another delivery before the subscription can finally be stopped feels unnecessarily inflexible.

I would strongly recommend anyone considering a subscription to read the cancellation terms very carefully before signing up. In my experience, cancelling has been far more difficult than I expected.

I had been subscribing for the wheatgrass off and on since 2023 and I have needed to pause my subscription. I received an email saying the subscription was being restarted and I emailed immediately I saw this and said don’t send me the product I do not want to restart the subscription. The lady who dealt with my request said order hasn’t gone out we won’t send it but still took the money !! And everytime I contact them they say we will get back to you and they haven’t. Absolutely terrible customer service initially. I was extremely disappointed and appalled at their absolute disregard for customer care. I then asked for the matter to be escalated to the manager and from then things improved. I received a call from Becky who spoke to me and explained how the situation had arisen and why it hadn’t been dealt with properly. She assured me that staff training was happening so this wouldn’t happen to any other subscribers. I have been sent a screengrab confirming the refund, which should be with me in the next week or two, and although this issue took a long time to rectify I am satisfied that the situation has now been resolved, which is a relief as I had enjoyed using the wheatgrass in my morning drink.

Love the juices. Great company, very easy to communicate with. I Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Britts superfoods for a long time. The ingredients are high quality and tasty too. Their customer service is extremely professional, I would highly recommend this company .

Nice juices, so easy to use, just retrieve one or more, mix together with a little water and ready to drink.

I’ve been buying the wheatgrass and turmeric with apple juices for many years now. The sachets are easy to include in your daily routine and due to them being frozen you can be assured that they are fresh and full of the goodness you need. I’ve always found the customer care to be super helpful and the company has the right balance with correspondence and doesn’t bombard you with emails.

I have been with Britts Superfood for over 12 years, I enjoy good health and as I turn 60 next week would like to believe that my good health is due to having taken these juices all this time. Highly recommend

Having used Britt’s Superfoods for the last 6 months now, I can honestly say the difference I have seen has been wonderful. My skin has felt much clearer, my immune system is most definitely getting stronger and my energy levels have noticeably improved! And it helps that I really enjoy the taste of my morning Wheatgrass smoothie! Highly recommend!

Always efficient customer service for great products!

I highly recommend Britt's Superfoods 7-day juice detox programme. My sustained energy and mood felt incredible. I've never had such solid rest. My sleep stats were the best I've ever had in over 3 years. My average BPM is normally in the 60s and during the detox it dropped to mid-50s. Britt made it easy and fun with her curated e-book filled with delicious recipes and tips. I even did the yoga moves. You need to have the time to prepare, though it's such an act of self-love that everyone around your world will appreciate. No doubt, you will feel a positive difference.

I started taking Britt's superfoods sachets to gain more energy after trying powdered superfoods (which i couldnt stomach). I love the juices! they taste so good and ive really seen a difference in my weight, energy and skin since taking it everyday. Thank you Britts superfoods!

Quality product - helps with my vitality, my immune system & staying youthful! Helps me get my essential minerals (dark leafy greens) in a purer form in an easy way. Use in my smoothie or just with orange juice, either way it’s great for easy absorption of important nutrients. An every day part of my life and something I view as a natural medicine. We are what we absorb!

Haven’t had the best experience with Britts. Troublesome delivery in the past and the way they make it difficult to cancel subscriptions, I wouldn’t really recommend.
