Untrustworthy and dishonest
I purchased a nest of tables from Brixton Beds, when they arrived there was damage to one of them. I tried to contact them by phone but there was no answer, I left a message on there web site which was acknowledge as been received but nothing else, I then sent an email to the email address on their web site and invoice, again no response. At this point I left a negative review on Trustpilot. Following this in an Email from Brixton Beds they advised that my email had been received but the customer service email address was not monitored and was treated as Spam. They asked for photos of the damage and on receipt they agreed there was damage but would not send out a replacement unless I removed the review on Trustpilot. They agreed to refund but only if I returned the items at my cost. After several emails the review was deleted, you can guess what happened next, nothing. Akibajo Olatunde Akiwumi is listed as Director of this business, the company sell faulty goods, they are untrustworthy and dishonest. You decide if you wish to trade with them. If this review deters only one customer then it is a success.

Very unpleasant experience
Very unpleasant experience. Ordered online and paid a lot of money for a bed that was showing as ‘in stock’ only to receive an email saying it was out of stock and they would refund. Bad enough that they can’t stock take & sell out of stock items, but funny thing is that it’s still showing as ‘in stock’ but with an added £100 to the price tag. Note to shop, dishonesty and lying to customers is not a good look! Won’t be returning.
