In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it! We live on the westside of Washington so buying something really site unseen is hard. But Broadmoor and Brad our salesman made it easy. By the time we were able to go look at the RV all the paper work was done. Just signing them all after we did a walk through and make sure everything was good.
They truly have the ducks in a row has it went seamless. THANK YOU

Excellent service overall! Our salesman, knowing we were driving 2.5 hours to look at a specific used trailer, pulled it into a gated section of their lot so it wouldn't be sold while we were enroute. We were looking at (and eventually buying) literally the cheapest RV on their property, but I never was made to feel that we weren't worth their full attention and time. During our walk-through before taking delivery, there was some additional selling: offering packages of RV essentials & other such options, but it was very low-pressure and a single "no, thank you" was all that was needed for items we weren't interested in. Our one disappointment was not being able to obtain a copy of the Pre-Departure Inspection that they had done; we had been led to believe, apparently mistakenly, that this was a possibility.

Angel was wonderful! Service was great. We have to return to pick up the RV due to an issue with our hitch (customer supplied). Service was concerned about safety and recommended we get the correct parts. They could have pushed us out the door and let us go on our own. BUT they didn't! Thanks guys.
We are looking forward to getting the RV and making it ours! Thanks for everything.

Angel was so responsive and helpful. After we purchased, we had some questions and she responded immediately and researched further when she didn't have the immediate answer. I read horror stories about purchasing an RV and was nervous about being bullied into warranties etc. None of that happened with Molly or Angel. It was well worth the drive to Pasco from Seattle to get such great service and the travel trailer we'd been looking for!

The last time I saw my salesman was before my walkthrough. Never a call, no thank you card. It took 3 weeks to payoff my trade. No help to assemble my hitch. When I realized I had forgotten 1 tool to assemble my hitch it took service 20 to 30 minutes to find someone with an adjustable wrench to loan me. Your customer service after I signed on the dotted line was horrible. Before the sale the salesman tried to do a switch a roo on my trailer. I made it clear that I wanted the Gen 2 2021 2306 and he offered me a discount on the Gen1 but not telling me it was for the older unit. If I drove 400 miles to your lot and I would have been very angry had I not figured it out . Angry is a level 1 and I would have been at 10 to put it likely. I would have not bought the trailer from you but you had it in stock. I will never recommend your dealership to my worst enemy.
I would not recommend buying from them. We had been talking to them about the camper but I have never been inside this camper and they were the closest camper store that had the camper we were wanting to purchase. First they had us talk to the financial lady before we even got to see the inside of it and wanted to purchase this camper. They had technicians working on the camper as we were trying to look and decide if we were going to buy it or not. The salesman asked me if I wanted the camper to be winterized or not and I said yes please, later on I found out that there was still water in all the faucets and the fresh water tank was still have half-full of water. The technician that was walking us through with camper explaining everything and how it work did not know how to work anything nor was able to answer any my questions, and in fact I’ll explain more to him than he explain to me. We also worked out a price and everything beforehand which he emailed me, but as we are signing the paperwork they charge me for installation of the hitch that he said he said they were going to install for free.
This was our second RV we’ve bought from Broadmoor. Really great sales staff. Wonderful experience

I have disconected and connected my 5th wheel twice since bringing it home. Each time the experience has been difficult. I have spoken to two BM employees over the phone. Actually its impossible to explain the nuances of actually connecting and disconecting over the phone. I watched a utube video. It was over simplified.
Looking back if the employee had watch3d me disconnect and reconnect after the initial hook up. I would not feel so frustrated right now about the entire process.

Every step of the process was explained to me clearly and she provided very helpful tips. She respected that I had done my homework and didn't try to upsell or overexplain. She kept me informed of the trailer's build progress and final delivery. At first glance in person, it appears everything I requested was done, and I couldn't be happier. I have been promised a full tech and operational orientation when I pick it up, for as long as it takes for me to feel comfortable pulling it off the lot - and beyond, and I fully trust they are true to their word. I am completely happy with Broadmoor RV and I look forward to continuing to do business with them for the life of my trailer.
