Dear Mr Carstensen,

Thank you for your feedback.

We were not previously aware of the Trustpilot site, but we would still like to comment on this case.

I remember this complaint.
We resolved everything in May 2022, which is why I am surprised by this review from 2021.

The purchase of the product was on 30/09/2015 Over the period of 6 years we have exchanged all rims with you via our distributor in Denmark.
We exchanged three rims free of charge (even though we were out of warranty) and gave you another one at a special price.

In addition, if you were no longer satisfied with the design, we offered to replace it with another model at a much lower price.

I bought 2 pairs of Brock B38 alloy…

I bought 2 pairs of Brock B38 alloy rims from a wheel / rim dealership website with new tyres on them already installed by the dealership. They arrived on schedule. I installed the tyres a couple days later and then drove about 200 kilometres (124 miles) on a highway road to my relatives.

On the way back the tires started to get jiggly / wavy and I was scared sh*tless that my tires had become loose somehow. I stopped at a gas station near the highway and checked all the bolts expecting them to be loose. To my surprise they all were fine. I was confused and then checked the tyre pressures with a gauge on the gas station. Even my BMW's driving computer didn't have any warning and the pressures were fine.

So I thought something was wrong about the car itself and I got it checked out. Everything was fine and as it should be.

I then decided to put back on my old tyres and try them out. As I took the new tyres out I noticed that the rim wasn't circular on the backside. It had an elliptical shape to it. So I figured that's the reason for the noise and terribly wavy ride.

And after taking all of my new tyres off, I noticed all of them had an elliptical shape to them. They were almost looking like chicken eggs at that point.

So it probably goes without saying that if brand new rims can't take a 200 kilometre highway drive back and fourth they are terrible quality.

And I'm not sure if they were circular when I installed them, but the shaking started on the way back. Maybe they were damaged during shipping?

And no I never hit a pothole or drove them to a curb. All from normal everyday driving on a Finnish highway.

At this point I'm asking for a full refund at least on the rims, the wheels were fine.
And I would advice avoiding Brock rims as they seem to be really bad quality.

I'll change my review if I get to know that they were damaged during shipping.

Dear Sir or Madam

Thank you for your feedback.
We regret the bad experience with one of our products.

We were not previously aware of the Trustpilot site, but we would still like to comment on this case.

There are some unanswered questions here:
Were they purchased privately or from a specialist dealer?
Were the rims approved for your vehicle at the time?
It sounds like the load capacity of the rim was not sufficient for the vehicle.

You are welcome to contact me, even if the case happened some time ago.

best regards
Christian Jauck
