It took about two weeks to arrive. When I opened the package, I saw that all four pieces were broken.
I immediately sent an email to inform you about the situation, and you replied that you would contact the shipping company. However, since then, I have received no further response, despite my follow-up emails.
I kindly ask for a refund or replacement of the damaged items within 7 days.
If I do not receive a reply, I will proceed with a formal complaint through the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and other consumer protection channels.
