I made a purchase from one of their work machines. I was charged the wrong amount.
I got in touch through their online contact form and got it resolved within 24 hours. Can't ask for better than that.

I struggled to use my account, turns out i had deposited too much credit so had been put on hold due to fraud protection which i can not argue with at all.
After contacting brodericks they seen the issue straight away and sorted it with no dramas. Help and communication outstanding.

You will get charged for things you never got
Okay, enough is enough.
Their automated vending machines (the one's based on weight) are not working anymore!
On the 14/04 and today on the 16/04/2025 I tried getting a red bull qt work and on both cases it charged me for 2 items!
The first time I placed the red bull back thinking it would realise I only took one, but it just locked the vending machine and also kept my money. I didn't have the time to bother, so I decided to let it slide.
This morning it happened again. I decided to scan the item in case that fixes it and it tried to charge me twice again. I ended up placing the can back and once more I have been charged without getting anything out!
If you're thirsty/hungry do yourself a favour and go literally ANYWHERE else to buy things. Their vending machines do not work and you will be charged for things you never received.
Avoid.

Machines are always serviced and offer a great selection, the team that look after the machines in my work place always leave them clean and full! (We have had some questionable companies before Brodericks)

These often don’t work for me however 3 weeks ago I tried to get a drink twice and was charged despite not getting anything. I reported this to the building at the time. The helpdesk were quick to respond at first but then have gone weeks ignoring me. Over 3 weeks later I decided to phone them, the woman on the phone was so rude. She was basically accusing me of lying and saying I was using old screenshots despite me emailing the screenshots of the transactions leaving my bank whilst on the call with her. The time and the fact I was on a call could clearly be seen on the screenshots but she said these were old screenshots and pending transactions. She was talking about a totally different thing where I apparently spent £1.35? I think she was trying to talk her way out of refunding me. She was also speaking over me a lot and not grasping what I was telling her. She said she would speak to accounts but I’m not holding much hope of her actually ringing me back as she didn’t take my number. I’ve since sent a screenshot of my bank statement to prove I wasn’t lying as she made out. My rating isn’t necessarily based on the experience I had initially but the way it has been handled seems so unprofessional.
Update: she emailed and will refund me and has apologised but I don’t think it should have got to this.

I recently had a really disappointing…
I recently had a really disappointing experience with a coffee vending machine, so I tried the cold vanilla latte option. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a massive disappointment from beginning to end.
First and foremost, when I choose the cold vanilla latte, I expected a nice, frosty beverage. Instead, I received a cup filled with a lot of water and no ice. The machine did not even attempt to cool the drink, and it appeared to simply dilute the coffee mix with water, rendering the entire concoction quite bland and unappealing.
