Overpriced and ineffective
Overpriced, poor quality. Firstly the paper envelope that the packed arrived in was disintegrated in parts, turned out one item exploded leaving everything in there a mess. Have tried the products, some work OK, but most are not particularly effective. It's expensive in terms of having to buy products in a bundle, you'd be better off just buying individual shoe cleaning products woth your weekly grocery shop.

Hate the bundles
The products are okay. The sneaker cleaning sponge wasn't as effective as I thought it would be. It is frustratrating not to be able to buy single products. Very wasteful. Will probably not purchase again.

Not bad
After much scrubbing I did see a difference however there was stll a lot of grubby black scuffs that were not moving. The reviver polish did sort of cover them. The reviver is brilliant. But not too impressed with the shampoo

Brilliant
Brilliant product. The sponge to clean down runners/shoes 1st is very good gives a great clean before you get the whitener on. I’ll definitely buy again.

Bad Service
I ordered a shoe cleaning kit and when I received it the sponge was falling off and did fall off - I did sent an email explaining this and was asked to forward photos of same which I subsequently done, but got no reply. When I did email again asking for an update I was told they were looking at it to decide what to do - that was over a week ago and I have not been contacted since. Terrible customer service and will not be buying or recommending this product to anyone. Very disappointed with the product and no after sale service.

Order arrived very promptly. I have only used thr trainer cleaner and whitener and they are amazing! Could not believe the final result. Would recommend whole heartedly
