Excellent service all round
My enquiry was via the Broken Blinds website. It was responded to straight away, and all my questions answered over email. It didn't take long to organise a date for the blinds to be fixed (Thank you Sarah).
The person who came to fix the blinds was on time, respectful of my home and did a great job at fixing 4 blinds on site. (Thank you for putting up with my dog who insisted on helping too!).
Great customer service, great quality of work, really nice people. I recommend Broken Blinds Ltd.

Wonderful
Brokenblinds Ltd are a wonderful company. They have repaired my electric controlled blinds on various occasions, and saved me a lot of money as they know exactly what repair is needed. They are very busy and may take a few days to show up, but that is to be expected from such experts in their field.
I feel very lucky to have found them.

Was desperate to find somebody to fix…
Was desperate to find somebody to fix one broken blind of four we had tailor-made a few years ago. Couldn’t bear to go back to the manufacturer, who had provided very poor service in the past. So I found Broken Blinds and to my delight they were able to book us in quickly, the process was transparent, staff were friendly, they came as promised and fixed the blind … and our tenants are happy! Couldn’t recommend BB more highly!

Really happy with my repair
Really happy with my repair.
Very helpful and professional staff. I had a Luxaflex wooden Venetian blind re-corded. Price quoted was very reasonable. They did it while I went and had a coffee nearby. Will definitely use them again.

BrokenBlinds (41 Norwood road. London SE249AJ) are absolutely excellent. We have had a highly professional and courteous service for our broken Thomas Sanderson's blinds at a reasonable price. What a difference with the service we have had in the past from Thomas Sanderson (who now refuse to service their own blinds if older than 5 years...) !!!!
