You can clearly see the quality in the thoughtfulness and empathy Bálint (the instructor) shows throughout the videos. It was also very helpful to see other professionals' ideas in the course as well. Bálint responds very fast to my emails and is always very helpful. I'm not finished yet but it was definitely worth buying!! Change is possible people!!

This course not only helps you quit pornography, but also turns your life around, makes you a 100 times less lazy, and just puts your life on a better trajectory. It has helped my life take a 180 turn, all at an affordable price.

After 15 years of porn exposure including 11 years being addicted in varying degrees, I found Broken Bounds. What immediately impressed me with Bálint's methods is how he educates you and makes everything adaptable to your own strengths and personal growth. I felt listened to, understood, and most importantly, hope. I had reservations about using a course or method where I could potentially be blindly following something waiting for a magic moment to finally arrive (for ages) but this has not been the case at all here. Bálint's method is intuitive, customisable, and it really helps you feel in control of your own recovery. I love so far how his method focuses on building and enriching your life. Something I realised before our sessions was that I am only living a shadow of the life I want to and can and this brings me to what I so far feel his method is based on: we all have the power to choose what we are going to do next. Our ability to make choices and work on our dreams is the definition of hope and even though we are all damaged in some way to varying degrees and this is what has led us to porn, everyone can use their power of choice to build a life that is so enriching we don't need porn anymore. We grow out of it. Instead of feeling like quitting is comparable to giving up food and water (you know the feeling!) It can feel like you are giving up a cheap packet of sweets for a gourmet buffet. It is early days for me, I am still recovering, but I already have learned so much and have that hope.
