We have been using Broker Sense for several months now and have to say it’s a real time-saver. Often as a Broker you have a good idea which provider will lend the most from gut instinct but going into each Lenders website to run the calculations to evidence that can be so laborious - Broker Sense dramatically reduces that wasted time.
It’s great to use in front of a client too to illustrate in an extremely visual way the major differences in maximum borrowing capacity from Lender to Lender.

Great system and a very useful tool but still looks to be some teething problems with several lenders' affordability calculators. Had a few results come back with incorrect information passed to the lenders for additional income meaning the figures were way off!
Other than that I can't complain with the usability and it has saved me quite a lot of time with numerous cases already

Time saving affordability system for brokers
Positive's - easy to use, time saving with some great features.
Negatives - A small number of lenders (including Nationwide) don't appear in the search and the clients age is no longer appearing to work on the data entry, instead, a default age of 30 years old is currently being used. Reporting the issues has not resulted in a response.
Shortly after writing this review Brokersense responded (see below). I have amended my rating from 4* 5* as this reflects the value of their software to my business.

This app saves me a lot of leg work with ruling out unsuitable options

I find BrokerSense's affordability tool helpful for initial client meetings where there is no particular property in mind and the client(s) want a generalised idea of their borrowing potential.
The main potential downside from my perspective is getting the client(s) hopes up in case credit bureau data doesn't match the inputs given!
