This website was very quick and was easy to order.

Order arrived in a timely manner and was welled packaged and in good shape. I ordered a vanity mirror and some light fixtures so that was important. The order was accurate. They emailed tracking when the order shipped which was nice. I knew exactly when to expect it. Loving my new bathroom!

Not only did Bronson Design have the artwork I wanted - it was substantially discounted from what the manufacturer would sell it for - and what competitior sites had listed. I was a little wary knowing the discount was so steep - that perhaps the quality of my order would be sacrified. Not true! My artwork arrived within 5 business days and was shipped like a pro. Multiple boxes and protective wrapping was used to protect the artwork and ensure it arrived in tip-top condition. I'm a fan. Cannot wait to shop again at Bronson Design. Thanks!

I was disappointed that I was not allowed to return the dog bed I ordered incorrectly.

Took a month to get an item that was to be shipped within seven days. I understand there were weather issues but that is not acceptable

After discovering this company on the Internet, I called. I was treated very nicely And with a gret deal of patience. The salesperson confirmed that all of the information I had seen on he Internet was correct. He took my order, and explained the shipment schedule. Order arrived in excellent condition, having been so professionally, I would use this company again whenever the occasion arose.

Very Prompt and of immeasurable service when item arrived missing some pieces. Anyone can ship and take order for purchases. The 'proof is in the pudding' when there are problems. They're on top of any difficulties and with follow-ups a well!

I ordered several table lamps and a chandelier. Prices were excellent and the service was exceptional. The chandelier had several damaged crystals when it arrived. The damage was not the fault of Bronson Design. I had a response from Dave at Bronson within hours of notifying them and the next day a replacement was arranged.

I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I purchased a large hanging photo collage. It is absolutely lovely. I get so many compliments on this piece. It's of a nautical theme and hangs on the wall of our beach home displaying photos of all our grandkids. Every time I look at it, I have to smile. The order was processed quickly and efficiently and the piece is so much nicer than expected; very high quality. I have recommended Bronson Design to all my friends and they have had similar experiences with their purchases. Well done!
