The company is horribly run and it reflects the care.
They have a new computer system that now makes it harder on staff, and clients alike.
When you think a company this big, should be smarter then they are. Yet they keep making it harder. Our loved one in at another facility, as of this week. But all I have heard from employees is this Oracle junk, is now adding more time to there hours taking away from care for our loved ones.
You know when a company take steps to make it harder to care for your loved one they are severely mismanaged at the top.
