With over 20 years of experience, we are fully versed in the care of new and period property, and all that is required to maintain the integrity of such buildings. This makes us knowledgeable in the management of staff, contractors, preparing and managing maintenance programmes, working to budget, client reporting, managing tenants and all facets of holiday homes. As owners’ requirements vary, we are used to tailoring the service we offer to suit the needs of our clients’ circumstances, the property and its location. We are based in Salcombe in South Devon, however we also cover other parts of the South Hams district.
