Cancelled my stay for no reason leaving me to try find alternative accommodation

I had the pleasure of renting from Charles Barbour for three years, and he has been the most considerate, flexible, and efficient landlord I could have hoped for. His dedication and attentiveness made me question whether I should buy at all, given how seamless and stress-free my rental experience was.

Charles was always available whenever I needed assistance, promptly answering calls and addressing any concerns, no matter how small. His proactive approach and willingness to go above and beyond made a significant difference in my renting experience.

We moved to Hesslewood Office Park in April of this year and Debbie, JP, Camilla and the rest of the team have been fabulous in supporting both the move itself and our first few months in the office. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very responsive and quick to assist. Our office move was seamless and the end result is stunning.

The quality of the office accommodation provided is excellent and it’s location is fantastic with great views of the park and the peacocks. The site benefits from excellent facilities with Denise in the deli and the onsite gym. Highly recommended.

The quality of the office accommodation provided be Brooklands is and has always been second to none. The location is first class which is attractive from a customer and staff perspective. The site benefits from excellent facilities and importantly with the owners having their own offices on site means that they take a real hands on approach about the ongoing management of the estate. A beautiful historic location, overlooking the river Humber and the Humber bridge, surrounded by the private park area, yet at the best possible location for transport links.
The Brooklands team has always been equally impressive and made us feel welcome and part of Hesslewood from the initial meetings and designs meetings of the office.
