I came to Brooks and Kirk to gain my Cava qualifications. Everything went so smoothly and so simply, knowing there were friendly people to help me by email or phone whenever I needed it. Couldn’t recommend them more- will go to them again in future for more courses!

Very good course that stretched my abilities and on completing the course I feel confident that no stone was left unturned. I am confident in my abilities to be a competent assessor. The support and marking system is very efficient and gets completed as soon as possible, the feedback from Laura and the team was both helpful and complementary. I have booked on for a further course - AET.

I have recently achieved the AVRA qualification with Brooks and Kirk and mostly my experience was positive.

The training is high quality. The system is fairly straightforward although sending your work through seems a bit long winded.

I had an issue with inconsistent marking from different tutors which was very frustrating but once I raised this the matter was rectified and I was offered the same tutor for the rest of my course.

You can really see how they are aiming to get the best out of you and the criteria for the learning outcomes are specific to ensure you know exactly how you need to achieve a pass.

Overall I would highly recommend.

Brooks & Kirk course was very easy to access, incredibly quick feedback from my tutor, very efficient customer service. They have the balance right for supporting full time staff who are also studying. I highly recommend them!

In fact, the course didn’t take much of my time as the team are always there if you needed them.

It has been a couple of months since I completed my CAVA and AET course and I have just found out I have secured the perfect job.

Whilst the qualifications on my CV got me the interview it was the excellent knowledge and skills that I gained in completing the course with the team at Brooks & Kirk that got me the job. Dan was right the interview process did include a micro-teach so the lesson plan template and practice during the AET course was invaluable.

I recently completed the CAVA qualification. The support I received was excellent, with curtesy calls checking on how I was progressing. The work was marked quickly with clear guidance given if any changes needed to be made. I would highly recommend Brooks and Kirk.

The Brooks and Kirk team were always professional and friendly when contacted.
They were always able to resolve raised issues quickly, either on the phone or via email/text message.
Support structure, website and course delivery were excellent.
The way the learning was structured and delivered remotely/online meant that the only restriction affecting progress over the last 12 months were limited to how much effort you were prepared to put in.
Feedback from submitted assignments was prompt and relevant, also the periodic messages to check on progress and offer support were appreciated and helped keep course on track.

EPA course was first class. Put together really well and filled with relevant information. Will use the company again in future for training needs.

The CAVA level 3 assessors course was I thought, very well laid out, informative and thought promoting.
Assessments and feedback were prompt and useful (and I quite looked forward to them to be honest).

The only feedback that I would like to convey was to do with the observational assessment itself (already done verbally). The acquisition, inclusion and presentation of Work Product Evidence did prove somewhat problematic for me (perhaps as a direct result of the observation being done virtually because of Covid 19), and I did struggle to the point of having to make a phone call and seeking advice.
Then it was explained that this was the 'cherry on the top' as far as the report writing was concerned. I did feel at that point that this could perhaps have been better explained during the course itself.

Apart from that one small point ( and it probably highlights my own deficiencies) I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would definitely recommend it to interested colleagues.

I finished successfully my Lead IQA qualification as well. It was great learning experience.. thank you so much to Laura, Dan and their lovely team.

During my online course for the Level 4 Lead IQA the support received from all the staff at Brooks and Kirt have been excellent. Laura who was my allocated tutor was extremely supportive when I had questions regarding completion of allocated tasks, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

My experience studying with Brooks & Kirk was exactly what I would have wanted. The help was there when needed, but without feeling micro-managed at any time. The staff are friendly and always ready to help.

Brooks and Kirk have enabled me to gain a qualification that is going to further my career within my sector. The Brooks and Kirk team have been so efficient from start to finish. What I absolutely love the most is how well the communication has been, always checking up to see if I need any help or just any questions to ask in general. If I ever emailed with a query someone would respond that day or the next by the latest. Super quick with marking work and will provide good helpful feedback. Very happy with this company and would carry out another course with this company if needs be.

I have completed two courses with Brooks and Kirk. Everyone at the company are very friendly and supportive (Justas and Molly in particular). Student support is maintained well, with regular check ins, to see if any hep is required. Markers/assessors are quick at marking work and giving feedback. The portal to upload work is very easy to use. The only point where I feel there could be improvement is making the courses more engaging. At times, I wasn't engaged and this made me take longer to get through the course. I guess it's hard as it is distant learning for you to do this. I also found some of the work we had to do monotonous but I suppose the learning outcomes have to be covered somehow.
