Well, what can I say. Buying a Rolex online can be stressful and risky. Leon was excellent. Good, clear communications without any waffle or sales pitch. Very quick to respond to my questions, did me a little video of the watch, paid online securely, and the watch was posted and recieved exactly as promised.

I recently purchased a Rolex Day Date reference 18238 through Brothers & Bezels EBay shop. It is a fantastic watch in immaculate condition for being pre-owned. Leon from Brothers & Bezels was great to communicate with, and followed my requests to the absolute letter. The authentication process was smooth and “signed for” delivery was secure and efficient. I had some anxiety buying a high value watch through EBay without having seen it in person, but my experience with Brothers & Bezels was exemplary, and I would have no hesitation in making another “high-end”purchase from them either at distance or in their London premises.

I contacted Brothers & Bezels to enquire about a Rolex and from the word go they were so helpful. They answered all my questions and were so patient with me- it was my first luxury watch purchase so was a little nervous about buying via Instagram but I was reassured with no pressure to buy.

From the time that Leon sent me photos and a video of the watch, I decided to buy and it was delivered at my door less than 24 hours later. Outstanding service! I purchased pretty late in the working day but it was still packaged and shipped to me before closing time.
