Barrell 5 Year Foundation 100 Proof Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey - never received! We purchased a bottle of the Barrel 5 for a friend's birthday with the website quoting 3 - 5 days dispatch this was on 23 September, sadly we have had to ask for a refund as it is coming up to a month since this order was made, I am trying to get confirmation that we will not be charged the shipping fee as nothing was actually shipped but the customer service is so convoluted all done by a chatbot. Sadly, I would have to say avoid this company as the entire process is dementing when something goes wrong.

Bourbon is great but their customer service is non existent. I received a damaged autographed bottle from a company they promoted and do business with, and tried contacting them over a dozen times for help via email and social media and no one every responded. Too bad, makes me not want to order again! The company they do business with also does not responded and blocked me after leaving a negative Facebook review.
