I was told not to go to the pick up…
I was told not to go to the pick up point until I received a text message to tell me the parcel was there!
I didn’t receive a message, and when I contacted the parcel company, they told me it had been taken from the drop-off point to be returned to sender!
I had to drive to the Chrono post depot staff were very helpful and eventually found my parcel, if I hadn’t, it would’ve been sent back the next day.
