Poorly package but goods replaced
The packaging was inadéquate leading to the box spliting lead to one bag bursting. I lost 40g of dry malt extract making all the contents sticky.Brouwland has now got back to me and are sending me a replacement bag. So good customer service for which I thank them.

Excellent service
I had a delivery issue, but their customer service was super quick to fix it and sent me a new one for free. It arrived at my place in no time. Great company, highly recommend.

Good product quality but slow shipping
Good product range, fresh hops from early harvest years but takes a bit of time to ship and even the simplest orders can take more than 3 working days to be shipped (as opposed to what their website states), that's the only point that doesn't make Brouwland my first option.
