Absolutely lovely ladies, helped me pick a bracelet for my partner, very professional,

Went in to ask their advice on whether some metal was in fact real gold. The lady looked at it for a second, said it was too yellow to be gold and it was just some scrap metal. We went to a second jewellers a few minutes away for a second opinion, who did run a couple of checks before giving an opinion. Turns out it was real gold. Simply running a magnet over and doing a test only took a few minutes. Ours was only a small amount, but would hate for someone who was struggling to be told their gold was scrap and they just throw it away. Go elsewhere, where the employees actually have knowledge.

I have used this jewellers a few times in the last few months for jewellery alterations. The ladies are knowledgeable and friendly. They offer good advice and always inform me how long things are expected to take. Debbie Cooke.

What a difference a year makes.
I went in to the Shipley store in November last year looking for a ring for my wife’s 60th birthday. The lady at the counter was un interested to say the least. I did write a bad review but removed it when Mr brown replied to the review and we spoke on the phone. I got the impression that he was passionate about his business and he cares.
Well today I when in to Shipley to look for a pair of earrings for my daughter. The staff were attentive and patient with her. While I was there I saw a gold chain with a citrine pendant that matched the ring I got my wife a year before from another jeweller. What ever you said Mr Brown or did it’s worked.
I was quick to complain and write a bad review about your business when I felt un valued but I I’m happy to write a glowing review today. You lost a sale last year but got two sales today. I wish you and your business all the best in the future.

Beautiful jewellery reasonably priced, excellent customer services, had a fault on my second hand ring, was resolved very quickly would recommend

The staff were very curt when I called to check for a repair price. It’s been over a week & still no call. When I call it is an answer machine. I have never dealt with staff who treat their customers in this way. They do not deserve a 4 or 5 star service. A training course on Customer Service will be much more beneficial.

I needed to order a replacement wedding band for my wife. Christopher Brown were the only jewellers who had an exact replica of the original. The ordering process was easy and we received the ring within 14 days. We're very pleased with the ring and the whole process throughout.

Price online is not the same in the shop? I love to place the order in store to support them but I was just advised to order it online instead.

Excellent personal service, Sam went the extra mile to help us find the jewellery we wanted and put other jewellery to one side in case we couldn’t find what we wanted. Highly recommended

I bought a watch on ebay, when it came it was losing 2mins a day, i suspected it had been magnetised so contacted Christopher brown,via email during the evening, even though they were closed i had a reply explaining about their repairs.
I took it in for them to look at, it took a while to get it back but when regulating a watch its not something that can be rushed, the guy kept it longer to check it was accurate which shows he was doing a good thorough job.
I was kept updated throughout which i appreciated and found the staff very friendly and helpful.
Very satisfied.

Top service customer service fantastic no fault

Ordered 2 rings on behalf of my mum to put away as Christmas gifts.
It's much easier to order online as my mum is housebound so she likes to look at what is available, so she can choose herself.
Ordering is easy. If you have any questions it is easy to get in touch, ask & get the answers.
You are kept informed at all stages of the process. The items you ordered are sent recorded delivery via royal mail. They are well packaged. The rings came in lovely boxes & a gift bag was with each ring to put the ring box in.
Great system & brilliant customer service. Would definitely recommend!
