this is my latest of many orders going through there ran except decaf. They are all fantastic for there own different reasons

Delicious, no problems, no delays

I found Brown Bear as a roaster in my search to find a good regular bean. However, when I proceeded to purchase I saw they're using Amazon as their shipping option.

I wanted to give to a good cause next to getting good beans, but knowing I'd be giving Amazon more money than the cause itself made me back out of my order completely.

Shopping local and supporting a good cause is a good thing, but not supporting Amazon while going out of my way to support local.

4th time I've ordered. My favourite has to be the latin . Just honestly the best coffee beans I've ever come across ..and the smell , the creamaaaa:) thank you !

Brown Bear are a great company, not only are the products a very good quality, their customer services are second to none. All this and you get to help rescue bears to.

Ordered Brown Bear decaf coffee beans instead of ground by accident. As soon as I realised and contacted them they sent out ground coffee at no extra charge (which was very good of them given the error was entirely mine!) and even offered to send a coffee grinder for the beans! Wonderfully tasty coffee and superb customer service. Great ethical company too. Will definitely use regularly and recommend to others.

Ordered blue Mountain ground coffee, I use one cup filter, it's fantastic coffee well played brown bear company, keep up the good work

We live in Poland and for a number of years had been ordering The Blue Mountain blend from Amazon.
Amazon suddenly decided to cancel sending to Poland and when I checked the Brown Bears web site they did not send to Poland so I contacted them and within 24 hours they had set up Poland and the coffee was on its way.
I can only say that their products are excellent and their customer service unbelievably good.

I have tried various decaf coffee's and Brown Bear is definitely the best. Others are either too bitter or taste too much of chocolate. Brown Bear has the right balance of taste and smoothness. I will definitely buy again.

I cant fault brown bear coffee the brazill and breskfast blend are the nicest i have tried and the price when there are offers on are the cheapest for this quality of coffee you can buy

Great value coffee beans with super fast delivery. I ordered the original roast, and it’s dark and strong. I have since switched to the La Vida beans and they are delicious!

I love Brown Bear coffee. It’s good value and the coffee is delicious. We buy beans: New Latin, Mambo Italiano & La Vida. Haven’t tried La Vida yet but would highly recommend the other two.

Delivery was quicker than expected and the coffee is so good. Definitely making up for me missing my local coffee shop!
