Delivery of the Brown Bear coffee was prompt; it was ordered it in the small hours of a bank holiday Monday and was delivered on the Tuesday. Quality of the coffee seemed good, though I was disappointed to find that the roast date is not listed on the packaging. Given that the coffee is advertised as 'freshly roasted' I would have liked to see this.

Coffee is great and reasonably priced. I had an issue with my first order and the customer service was quick to respond and very helpful.

Really enjoying the coffee - we've tried three of their blends now. All have arrived extremely quickly, despite not paying for the express service. Definitely be going back when I'm through the latest delivery of beans!

Lovely coffee, we use it in our built in bosch coffee maker, makes a lovely macchiato

Only just got a new grinder, triedit out on the Sweet Brazil coffee great flavours much better than any supermarket blend.
My only problem would be deluvery I ordered 2 small bags and they were sent together in one biggish box which luckily my neighbour held foe me. Bags that fit through the letter box wpuld be appreciated. That said they are great bags to store the coffee in once opened.

I have been a customer of Brown Bear ever since it started trading. I have always enjoyed the various types of coffee on sale - so much so that I never now buy from other sources. I do have my favorites, but I realise that everyone's tastes are different. so far as customer service is concerned, I have been impressed both by the quality of the packing and the promptness of delivery. I have given gifts of Brown Bear coffees to friends, and several have mentioned that they too have become customers. I heartily commend Brown Bear.

I was looking for a Swiss Water decaf coffee and found the Brown Bear brand. As I liked the logo and brand name, I thought I'd give it a go. I absolutely love this coffee, not as bitter as other brands I tried, really great taste and perfect for my percolator.

I ordered the Christmas Blend as a gift for a friend. The abilty to pay using Paypal was convenient and the coffee arrived securely packaged in a matter of days. The coffee itself was a huge hit!

More recently, I have ordered Cub Original Blend to banish pre-exam stress. Again the level of service provided by Brown Bear has been excellent.

Speedy delivery, amazing products and good customer service will definately be ordering from again.

Brown Bear offer excellent service, really easy website to navigate and good explanations of the products. My beans arrived really quickly, we're well packaged and taste amazing. Even the prices are good. I honestly have no complaints and plan on using Brown Bear from now on! Thanks 😊
