I can't recommend this company enough they are so helpful.
Rob sorted my problem out within minutes I am totally naive when it comes to terms such as host,domains DNS etc
I was quoted by another company who looked at my website and told me it would take at least a day to sort out and was going to charge me £450 plus vat for the privilege

After a bad experience with another web developer, Rob from Brownbooth came to our rescue. He worked very hard to fix our existing website, but alas it was so bad that we had to start again. The new website project was well planned and completed in a timely fashion. They handled the design work, import of products and images and set up our customers and affiliate system and carried out staff training. Rob handled the change of server and website go live very efficiently, and on time. We continue to improve and upgrade areas of our website with Robs support and Brownbooth continue to maintain and develop our website on an ongoing monthly basis. I came to Rob because my new website wasn't working correctly, the person I had paid to set it up and design it wasn't answering my calls. I felt as if I may as well have put my money in the bin !!!! On top of that my laptop was playing up !!
Thank you Rob for your calm patient professional approach in sorting this all our for me. I am not technically minded at all. But you never made me feel stupid you explained in a language I could understand, your calm reassurance went such a long way as I was embarrassed at my lack of knowledge and naivety.
