While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Delays & No Outcome from Brownsword – Still in the Dark

I was told that The Brownsword Group was involved in part of my claim with esure. It’s been well over two months since esure referred part of the case to you, and still no outcome has been communicated.

From the start, I have supplied every document, answered every question, and followed-up repeatedly. Yet I’m still being kept completely in the dark with no clarity, no timescale, and no resolution.

Brownsword are quick enough to say they’re “specialists in insurance investigation services,” promising they’ll work with esure—yet in practice, I see nothing but delay and silence.

If you check my claim number, you’ll see exactly where things stand—or rather, where they don’t stand.

Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind. With esure and Brownsword involved, I feel abandoned, stressed, and without the help I was promised.
