I purchased a custom made sports jacket…

I purchased a custom made sports jacket from the Brunello Cucinelli boutique in Bal Harbor Miami. After eight weeks to receive the jacket, it did not fit. Not even close. They were so difficult i. dealing the return, I gave up. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING CUSTOM MADE FROM THEM. You will be very disappointed. Their tailors are not skilled and are incapable of getting your measurements correct

substandard quality

I purchased a pair of Brunello Cucinelli shoes in late January 2026. Despite wearing them mostly indoors and taking good care of them, they have already developed a significant level of wear and tear and now require treatment.

This is highly disappointing and, in my view, unacceptable for a brand of Brunello Cucinelli’s calibre. Wear and tear of this kind would normally be expected after many months or even years of regular use—not after only a couple of months, and certainly not from a product positioned as a luxury item.

I have been actively shopping Brunello Cucinelli in the last five years, but after this incident (customer service informed me this is normal wear and tear), I will not continue to be an active customer.

Defective Product; Brunello C. Ignores Warranty

On July 21, 2023, I purchased a pair of Mr. Brunello Horn sunglasses from the St. Germain Paris store. Last month (July 2024), I noticed that there are areas on the nose piece that have started to crack. I have taken good care of these glasses, despite not wearing them everyday; I own multiple buffalo horn glasses and these are 1) the most expensive I have paid for a pair and 2) the most recent purchase. There's no reason for them to fail in performance, other than inadequate craftsmanship.

Upon noticing this defect, I emailed Brunello Cucinelli customer service on July 16, 2024 (provided photos of purchase receipt and defects) to figure out next steps (preferably exchange); there is a two year warranty. Customer service then forwarded my request to the St. Germain store and after some delay/lack of an adequate response, I have not been able to resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable, considering I paid 1,400 Euros for a pair of glasses I do not wear everyday and should have lasted me for many years. Instead, the glasses are defective and Brunello Cucinelli's staff does nothing to cover the guarantee of "craftsmanship." I will not buy from them again and I urge others to take caution.
