Sad to say but we finished our shopping at Brunott. My engagement and our wedding rings were bought here but after last ‘repair’ that took 2 months, we say goodbye. Customer service was non-existing, no proper explanation given, just wait. and at the end, no discount offered for not meeting the given 2-weeks term.
The item is wonderful, they also wrapped it up which is absolutely beautiful... the service and delivery is amazing.
