I’ve been a dedicated supporter of Bruny Botanica since its infancy, and for good reason. My first major experience was back in Christmas 2021; coming out of the COVID lockdowns, I wanted to gift something special to the neighbors who had become my support network. Sioban handled a large bulk order for me personally over the phone, and the care she put into those gift packs was incredible. Even years later, those neighbors still talk about the quality.
​Since then, I’ve returned to them for special gifts, most recently in 2023 for a friend recovering from surgery. The "Ultimate Skincare Bundle" arrived beautifully gift-wrapped and provided the exact kind of premium, soothing care I was looking for.

Exceptional customer service and a fabulous product - the scrub is gorjus and makes my skin look and feel fantastic!! We had issues with delivery (aus posts fault) but Sioban has been fantastic in chasing them up and resent my items so I didn’t miss out. Totally recommend and will most definitely be ordering again 🤗
