Their advertising is misleading. The product claimed to be white charcoal and is black and no where in the site does it say it contains other ingredients which it does like xylitol. Both customer service lines do not work. A total scam.

the whitening strips are absolute garbage - the gel does not come away from the backing when you peel the strip off. what good does that do? just take your money, throw it out the window. that way, at least someone will get joy from it. this thing should be sold as a funny party favor.
I just started using the BrushBuddies Whitening Dental Strips. The directions should be clearer. There are two strips to install. Each is not wide enough to cover more than just to Front Area of upper and lower jaw teeth. And. strips should be wider from top to bottom of each strip so as tp more easily wrap the front and back of teeth.
The Box Directions state to leave the strips on for a half-hour, Yet, on the Brush Bubby website it states to leave them on for one hour. What time is correct?
