what an absolute joke of a company

what an absolute joke of a company! products are cheap plastic that dont line up properly. sent em the wrong item then told me they wouldn't send a replacement until they received the wrong one back. waited and waited for their driver to turn up on the date and time agreed for them not to show. complained again and got sent a replacement which was the exact same wrong item!!! complained again and have now been told they are out of stock for what i ordered but again will not refund me until they organise a driver to collect the 2 wrong parts they sent me! customer service is shocking. products are cheap and terrible in fitting. they claim toi be experts but have not got a clue what they are doing. avoid them like the plague, they are absolute con artists!

after emailing, compleat with picture, asking if the Rollbar would fit my Ford Ranger with its rollback cover. we were told it would, but on trying to fit it the bolt holes will not line up, the side bars are to short and there is a big gap between the edge of the cover and the bar.

Terrible experience! Ordered a wheel arch kit they sent the…

Ordered a wheel arch kit they sent the wrong one a much cheaper type, I only realised this when the body shop had fitted it as I just gave them the aches in there plastic wrapping due to the delivery note had the correct item on it. For a full refund they expected me to have it removed at my expense so I could either get the correct one sent so I could be charged again for removal and then another one to be fitted, or a full refund as long as it was in the original packaging! Which only gave an option of the refund of the value of the kit I had received against the one I originally ordered. Terrible service and customer service from them due to there mistake I don’t have the product I want and to get a refund would cost me even more money. You should be ashamed!

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a pair of light guards for my old Hilux, but then contacted Brutestatus after placing the order as I was having second thoughts about whether I had actually ordered the correct part.
Their customer service manager got back to me straight away and advised that because my Hilux model was slightly unusual, there was a good chance that what I had ordered might not be a good fit.
I was offered a refund or the opportunity to at least try the guards and return them for a full refund if they were in fact the wrong spec.
Unfortunately they weren't a match for my model and even more unfortunately for me, there doesn't seem to be anyone out there who can supply guards that will fit my truck.
I got back to Brutestatus to explain that they were right in their suspicion and I was offered a full refund straight away with no questions asked.
Absolutely brilliant customer service, genuine help and best advice from them from the start .... I guess trying to find fancy parts for a 20 year old workhorse was never going to be easy but I will certainly be going back to Brutestatus again for any other parts and accessories that they can help with.
I am genuinely surprised by the couple of negative comments about customer service that are on Trust-Pilot. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more helpful contact, and despite the fact that the purchase didn't work out, I am left feeling like I've had a very positive shopping experience .... and that feels pretty rare these days!!
At the end of the day I ordered the wrong part which was 100% my fault, but Brutestatus couldn't have been more helpful and understanding about it.
Top marks!!

Bumper

I purchased a front bumper with winch mount for my Navara. Build quality is not good and fit to body is badly manufactured. I wish I had came and read these reviews before.
Initial contact was quick but became non existent

Rear light guards for a Dmax

Bought rear light guards for a Dmax
Delivered quickly and were well packed in a sturdy box and in decent bags and look to be good quality
Had to put some extra 3m tape on in a couple of areas to make them stick properly but overall very good

Beware very bad coustumer servis

Beware very bad coustumer servis. Bougt flears for my L200 in oktober and the plan was to put then on last week. But is was missing one on the right side back (came 2x right side front) and they will not send me new one !
Do not buy from them!

Unacceptably poor quality

We purchased a variety of accessories for our black X Class including a set of wheel arches. We were surprised that some of the arches did not make contact with the bodywork, leaving a gap of 20mm at the top.
Also the products appeared to be very thin plastic and not ideally suited to a 4X4 vehicle. After a few months we noticed that one of the arches had split underneath. A loose and poorly manufactured body part can present safety concerns and we have been advised that DVLA should be notified accordingly.
