Really disappointing experience!!
Really disappointing experience!!! Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon.
I was given one price initially, but the price was then changed, which I found very unprofessional. The nail service itself was also poor, my nails were not properly cleaned or prepared, and the final result was not what I would expect from a professional nail salon.
Communication was extremely difficult due to the language barrier, and even basic requests were hard to explain or understand. During the appointment, the staff were speaking to each other in another language while looking at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The smell inside the salon was also extremely strong. I was coughing badly during the appointment because of the fumes and found it very unpleasant.
Overall, the combination of poor service, attitude, communication, changing the agreed price, and the quality of the nails made this a very negative experience for me. I will not be returning.
