I placed an order but the pants were too small so I wanted to exchange them for a different size and, as described on their website, I put a note in the package. Now a month later and still no new pants and no money back.
They don't answer if you have a question, they don't give you a return slip, they have a very complicated system. Stay away from them.

You have returned and item to us using your local post, and we are still waiting for the delivery from your company, before we can process the return.
The delivery was fast and I got what i wanted
Very nice quality. Well made and with a really good touch
Slow service, small clothes and poor answers. You have to pay for the return fee yourself.
Have not yet been able to test the clothes, as it takes such an incredibly long time before you get them.
