Terrible,my experience with this particular NVQ…

My experience with this particular NVQ provider has been nothing short of a profound betrayal, marking it, by a considerable margin, as the most lamentable and disingenuous establishment I have ever had the misfortune to encounter in the United Kingdom. The indignation I feel stems from an utterly unprofessional and, frankly, fraudulent modus operandi that left me stranded, unsupported, and significantly out of pocket.

The initial engagement was deceptively smooth, a masterclass in feigned competence and reassuring communication. Until, that is, the moment my full fee was irrevocably transferred into their coffers. The immediate cessation of meaningful communication post-payment was not merely an oversight; it was a precipitous and calculated decline into a void of neglect. What followed were months of incessant prevarication and outright fabrication, a cruel charade where I was repeatedly assured of imminent support that perpetually failed to materialize. Their promises of assistance proved to be nothing more than hollow echoes in a cavern of their own making, leaving me to languish in a state of unassisted limbo.

This calamitous ordeal is exacerbated by previous disheartening encounters with other NVQ providers; however, these were arranged through my company, thus nowhere near as impactful , each presenting its own unique brand of incompetence, from those teetering on the precipice of ineptitude to others that vanished mid-assessment, abandoning their responsibilities entirely. Yet, even against this backdrop of prior disappointments, this particular provider has managed to plumb new depths of ethical depravity. The singular instance of genuine, human contact arrived belatedly from an assessor, a professional of integrity, who had the decency to inform me, several months into my abandoned pursuit, that he was unpaid and, through no fault of his own, unable to continue. This stark revelation provided a chilling confirmation of the provider's rot, extending from the uppermost echelons of directorship down to the very last employee – a collective display of utterly unprofessional conduct.

The brazenness of their operation, the deliberate extraction of funds under false pretenses, and the subsequent abandonment of their core responsibilities reek of a scam operating in broad daylight. These entities should, without question, be purged from the business landscape. Their continued existence not only preys on the aspirations and financial well-being of diligent individuals but also casts a long, ignominious shadow over the entire vocational qualification sector.

Rest assured, this lament is not merely an expression of raw frustration but a precursor to concrete action. I am currently engaged in earnest dialogue with the relevant NVQ awarding bodies and several other pertinent institutions, meticulously detailing my egregious experience and actively pursuing avenues to recoup my considerable financial loss. Updates on these crucial steps, including the measures I have taken to reclaim my fees, will be provided in due course. For the sake of your own peace of mind and financial security, I implore anyone considering their services to steer clear of this provider. Learn from my devastating experience and protect yourselves from their predatory practices.

Absolutely terrible company do not use!!!

I was completing a course (nvq) and my tutor suddenly stopped replying to my texts and emails about my work. I have called Brian scaddan repeatedly they acknowledged my tutor had left the company and they have done absolutely nothing to help me. There was over 8 phonecalls where I was trying to chase up other avenues to continue my nvq with them. They were not willing to help me kept saying they would look into it and let the director know and phone me back. It never happened. It has been left that I cannot finish my nvq with them and have had to go to another provider and start again.i have literalli worked on this nvq for over 7 months to have to drop it as I cannot get any help from the company providing the training. The worst company and worst customer care I have ever experienced with any company.do not use under any circumstances they are a lot better companies out there.

Training Services

I was introduced to Brian Scaddan Associates last year, and I subsequently recommended the company to associates that have used their training services. Feedback has been excellent, and I'll continue to recommend this company going forward.
