I can't stress how lucky I was by coming across great reviews about Victoria Duffy at BSB Solicitors when facing a very difficult case with TFL for misusing a freedom pass. I instantly felt I would have been in the best hands I could have ever been if I contacted her, and I was right. I had spoken to other 3 different solicitors before who merely laughed at me saying it was an impossible case or just dismissed me with their fees and extras for what looked like a humongous lost battle.
