Very comfortable

I bought the amethyst pillow from them at the Mind Body and Spirit festival on 23rd of May and it got delivered to me around a week after. I messaged them within a month of using it, through their online contact form, letting them know that the pillow isn't working for me. It's actually causing headaches and neck pain, so I've had to stop using it. The actual pillow never made contact with my skin because I used my own silk pillowcase to cover it when sleeping on it. They never bothered to contact me back to suggest a solution or a refund. I contacted them once again after that via their contact form and again received no response. For me the product has caused more problems than a solution to my sleeping problem, so that in itself is why i have rated the company low, but the fact that no one has bothered to respond to both my contact forms is absolutely terrible customer service, so hence the 1 star. It's so awkward to return a pillow that I bought at an event, which is why I needed to contact them about it, but they couldn't even respond and now it's over a month and I'm stuck with an expensive pillow that I can't even use, unless I'm okay to deal with the headaches and neck pain that comes with it.

they didn't cover the box with any proper protection. I even sent them email about it and they did not reply.

I found the service to be friendly and efficient. The pillow itself is comfortable for a good night's sleep.

The pillow has given me great sleep , I’ve tried many pillows but end up with pain in my neck , since using this pillow i haven’t had any pain , I’m now having a great nights sleep, thank you B sleepy

I bought a memory foam pillow and I can not explain how comfortable it is!!

The material is soo soft and from someone who has always struggled with back and neck pain, I have never had a better nights sleep. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you.

The ordering process was swift and easy. the items arrived next day and were packaged well. The pillows were comfortable and excellent quality, the covers are well made and removable for washing etc. I ordered both the standard and orthopaedic pillows and both have been great and improved my sleep reducing post sleep aches and pains.
