We started using the BSS Solution app for our wholesale website to better manage pricing, product visibility, and ordering rules tailored to different customer groups. From the start, the app has been fantastic—packed with practical, well-designed features that actually make a difference.

One standout is the product incremental feature, which lets us control order quantities without needing to create extra variants in our inventory. It’s been a real time-saver and has made managing our product setup so much easier.

I looked around at a number of apps that could give me the functions I required for a wholesale pricing solution. I settled on this app as it had the most flexible functions; registration form, custom pricing (lots of flex with the conditions!), varying tax treatment, and varying shipping cost rules which is important with larger orders generated with wholesale and can be tailored to a customer type via a customer tag. - plus many more functions I will probably use in the future. I was also pleased to see solutions for extra charges which is handy to add to my retail store for larger or heavier items. The app also adds discount pricing codes and bogo and rules surrounding the usage of those which is very handy.
When there is a lot of function, complexitity can be an issue and it did take me a little while to figure it out, but I got there (and I'm one of those people to hate to read instructions - but there is a lot of written instruction if you need). But the best part is the very helpful and responsive support I've received from Emma and the technical assistance from Nguyen Ngoc Hai who installed the app and a few small customizations. If you have a basic understanding of theme code, you can easily follow their instructions, but so good to have their support and get it up and running correctly the first time. Its packed with function that's given me some more ideas of how I can improve my store. I definitely recommend.

Once again, I would like to thank Emma for her invaluable help. My problem wasn't solved, but I couldn't find the cause. Thanks to Emma I now know why and how it happens. I can now move forward and look for other alternatives.

Amazing customer Support - intuitive and easy to use app, they managed our transfer from another system and when we needed other features they were all published and made incredibly quickly - Easton Harry and Mida are incredibly good at what they do and a pleasure to work with. Their subscription app is my absolute favourite with all therelevent features, and perfect analytics - cannot recommend highly enough!
