Avoid!

Most of the positive reviews for this company are related to customer service. They do not, for the most part, address the quality of the merchandise received for resale. They claim to mediate disputes about product worthiness but don’t say that the disputes are mediated by their own employees not independent mediators. They sent me a bunch of worthless merchandise that I ended up taking to the dump. No refund! Avoid like the plague.

Don't buy Amazon EU transports, stealing ongoing in their warehouses

We have been buying from BStock for 5-6 years, mainly Amazon transports, whilst we had issues before they have been straightforward to solve.

Now, last year we had a 5 Amazon transports that had between 10%-24% products missing, only the most expensive items. All the Apple, Google, Samsung items, most expensive smartphones not to be found, the most amount of items missing in our history with them, this hit is worth over £30,000.

We emailed BStock team and they replied with a very scripted and dull email, hiding behind specific points in Terms and conditions and not mentioning ones that are relavant to the case and our situation.

They quote 5 days to report issues, but if the products are stolen by their employees it could've been 5 years and it doesn't matter, they don't want to assist in any way.

Amazon has two recently reported fraud rings at their return facilities in Ontario and California. This was this year only, where products are stolen and not received by B2B customers.

Our transports originated from Senec, Bratislava. And with their form of issues all over the world, this is most likely the case too here.

They also stopped high value transports from them locations, where before they had 100k euro transports daily now they barely cross 30k.

Do not buy Amazon EU transports, unless you can check the thousands of products you get in the trucks in 5 days, if not you will lose tens of thousands of euros. THEY WONT REFUND YOU!

No response despite multiple inquiries

Despite multiple contact attempts, I have been receiving no response from customer service for weeks. My inquiries are completely ignored. As a business customer, I expect professional communication and timely responses. The lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and leads to significant delays in my business operations. Without functioning communication, reliable collaboration is impossible.

Nevers trust them, your money will disapear

I have paid 2 orders mid-november, more than 6000€ to Amazon (+7000$). I got no news from bstock except telling me to write to Amazon to get back my money, which i did several times with no results. If you dont want to see your money disapear, never trust them

We have been in ongoing communication regarding these orders and are still awaiting the required information to proceed further.

For transparency, we also note that this same individual has posted multiple negative reviews under different aliases (even sent us an email stating they were doing so with the usernames) and has explicitly threatened to pay third-party services to post additional negative reviews (also written in an email to us). This behavior does not accurately reflect the facts of the situation.

B-stock only offered a partial credit when the seller is at fault.

The seller lied in their listing, but rather than give me my refund, B stock only offered a partial credit. Rather than refund your money when the seller creates an issue, they offer you a minimal credit that can only be used if you purchase again from them. Why would anyone want to be scammed a second time by B stock!

"You will get a good mix of items shown and some not shown. There will be duplicates in each lot. It could include phone cases only, small electronics only, or a good mix of both."

Given the information and documentation you’ve provided, it appears that what you’ve received actually falls within the listing description. Because of this, the seller will not participate in resolution for this dispute.

I am sorry that your expectations were not met with this order and have authorized a B-Stock Courtesy Credit of $50 to offset any loss in value.

Since October 1

Since October 1, we have made repeated, good-faith efforts to resolve multiple disputes through B-Stock Mediation, yet meaningful resolution has unfortunately not been achieved. While we appreciate the efforts of certain team members—particularly Jason and Gabrielle, who have been professional and helpful but an rep Melissa has been very inpatient intentionally dis regarded our concerns hung up phone calls —overall progress has been limited, and several issues remain unresolved or only minimally addressed.

As a result of these prolonged delays and inconsistent outcomes, our business has experienced significant financial losses. The lack of timely and effective mediation has directly impacted our ability to operate, allocate resources, and recover value from affected inventory. We entered into business with B-Stock with the expectation of fair, transparent, and responsive dispute resolution, especially given the scale of our purchases and the nature of the issues involved.

We are especially concerned that some disputes appear to have been dismissed prematurely, without full consideration of the supporting documentation and circumstances presented. This has left us without a clear path forward and has compounded the financial strain already incurred over the past several months.

At this stage, we are respectfully requesting active intervention and escalation to help bring these matters to a fair and final resolution. Our goal is not to assign fault, but to work collaboratively with B-Stock to resolve outstanding disputes, recover losses where appropriate, and restore confidence in the process.

We value the relationship and want to continue doing business with B-Stock; however, timely and decisive action is now critical. We are hopeful that with focused attention and support, these issues can be resolved promptly and equitably.

Total escroquerie, je ne recommande pas

"We have been in ongoing communication regarding these orders and are still awaiting the required information to proceed further." You don't require anything, because I've already sent you everything you asked, including the PDF payment split my bank gave you.

"You can manage this issue with the other party" yes great, so you just send to yours clients an Amazon email address on which no one replied and it's okay for you?

We are now on December, it's been ONE FULL MONTH AND A HALF that my payments have been made, and still nothing happens? And everything is okay for you? You just find the time to reply to Trustpilot reviews to save your reputation but you don't really care for your clients or his money? We are talking here about 7000 US DOLLARS! (+6000€) and you don't give a s*** about it ? You just care for your online reputation?

If I visited Trustpilot before I trust you, I would be safe today. Especially when I read reviews from clients where there money were stuck for more than 3 months!!

Order Issue

Order Issue: Item Not Received - 3 Weeks Delay
​To whom it may concern,

​I am writing regarding an order placed approximately three weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any of the items.
​The payment for this order was successfully processed and sent to Amazon Europe. Despite the transfer being completed, I have received absolutely no updates or tracking information about the shipment's status since placing the order.

​Three weeks is a significant delay, and the complete lack of communication is concerning. I urgently request an update on the status of my order and when I can expect delivery.

I have to say

I have to say, this was the worst live support experience I've ever had. The person I spoke with only responded with recorded answers, and even then, I received my responses late. When they couldn't answer my last question, they ended the call. I suspect they were connecting to live support via the app from their phone while driving. This is surprising for a company like this.
