The customer service at B-Stock has been truly excellent. While there were some major communication issues with my email address initially, we were able to resolve things over the phone, which I really appreciated. Kristi and Alice have both been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the process.
Recently, I’ve had a couple of uncommon disputes, and I was impressed by how honestly and fairly they were handled. I’ve unfortunately come across some sellers on the platform that didn’t seem very trustworthy—but I want to be clear, that’s not a reflection of B-Stock itself.
My only suggestion would be to more closely monitor sellers with consistently poor reviews and take appropriate action where needed. It would also be a great improvement to have a feature that allows direct messaging on or off the platform to streamline communication.
Overall, I’m grateful for the support and look forward to continuing to use B-Stock!

I bought A/B quality grade items. But received over 50% of my shipment C/D grade. In the description from Costco employees, “Broken / Damaged” but yet BStock listed items not damaged.

B-Stock is a terrible company because they mislead buyers and lack accountability. I won a bid expecting the listed items, but when I received the order, it was not what I bid on. Despite providing proof, they refused to issue a refund or take responsibility. Their customer service is unhelpful, and their dispute process favors the seller, leaving buyers at a loss.

I am owed a 50$ refund for CH Robinson failing to book a truck with liftgate capability despite BStock charging me for it. CH Robinson immediately refunded Bstock but BStock is holding my funds and making it as hard as possible for me to get them back. Their preference is they keep it and apply it as a credit on my next order, even though its my money and I'm owed it back. They are not an easy or reliable company to deal with.
Follow up: They replied and stated they don't store any banking information. That is 100% false. If you make more than one order, on any subsequent payment they will ask if you'd like to use your linked bank account.

However, be aware they often appear biased towards sellers when resolving disputes. Expect significant problems when purchasing from sellers like Amazon, including lengthy shipping delays (potentially 6-8 weeks) and severe order shortages (sometimes receiving only ~30% of items), with the most valuable products frequently missing. Compounding the frustration, the proportional shipping credit promised by Amazon's stated policy on B-Stock for missing units was not actually provided in my experience.
